The report set to be released in the middle of a debate in Congress says that while success is beginning and 8 out of 18 benchmarks have been met it is too early to tell. Now, that Lugar, Domenici, Voinovich and other Republican Senators are leaving the President it is time for the Democrats to make true on the November 06 promise of a pull-out. This is another PR campaign by this dreadful administration and if the Democrats by it - there is simply no hope for them.
