Harriet Myers, the former nominee to the Supreme Court and White House Counsel has been subpoenaed along with Sarah Taylor, a top Karl Rove aid. The Senate is issuing the subpoena for Sarah Taylor and the House Judiciary committee for Harriet Myers. Myers is said to have been extensively involved in the "attorneygate" scandal. Kyle Sampson's testimony confirmed this. Sara Taylor who cleaned out her office at the end of May had a job title of Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Political Affairs.
Emails released yesterday depicted Taylor's heavy involvement in the firing of Bud Cummins from the eastern district of Arkansas.
