If you are not watching Mad Men I suggest you run to get the DVD and catch up. This is one of the most authentic shows I have ever seen about a time past. The year is 1960, Nixon v. Kennedy when the Men were Men and the women were forced only to serve them. It looks beyond that stereotype and reveals a world much like Mendez' American Beauty and the movie "Little Children." I find myself astonished at some scenes and episodes. It is nice to have something worth while on television again.
